The Hermann – House Rules
Welcome to "The Hermann", we look forward to seeing you!
Below you will find the house rules. The house rules are part of the rental contract, which comes into effect with the booking.
1. Booking:
- Listing not appropriate for children under 12
- Please book ALL guests in. This includes children and babies. Babies and children under 2 years of age are not free. Please note that we have not installed special child safety devices in the apartments. - Baby cot, high chair, etc. are not available. Children must be accommodated in existing beds.
- You are responsible for the safety of your children, please take care of them.
- Bookings may only be made by a guest who is actually staying. Third party bookings are prohibited.
- You need your identity card or passport for the check in and you acknowledge with your signature that you will respect the house rules and that you will pay for any damage (including loss of apartment key, replacement keys will be charged at a cost of EUR 50 per Key) caused by you in the apartment.
2. Check-in and registration requirements according to §§ 29 & §§ 30 BMG
- Check-in: from 3pm
- Check-out: until 10am
- Check-in before 3pm and check-out after 10am as well as luggage storage is unfortunately not possible. The apartment must vacated by you by 10am on the day of departure.
3. Events, parties, invitations to meals, celebrations, etc.:
- Parties or the classic bachelor party, events or invitations to dinners or celebrations are not permitted and is a cause for an immediately termination of the rental contract.
- The house may be entered or used in any way only by those who are covered by the booking by name, registration, payment and, if necessary, by regulation.
- Visitors (including day visitors) are not allowed. Only paying guests covered by the reservation are allowed to enter or use the house in any way.
4. Neighborhood:
- We expect you to abide by the rules and quiet hours that apply everywhere, in harmony with the neighborhood.
Noise is to be refrained from in or around the house between 10pm in the evening and 7am in the morning.
5. Inventory and damages:
- We expect you to be respectful and prudent with the inventory provided. Any damage incurred must be reported and replaced immediately.
6. Bed linen and towels:
- Bed linen and 2 towels per guest are included
7. NO Smoking:
- Inside the building including on the balconies is strictly NO SMOKING (tobacco, cannabis, e-cigarettes, etc.). If you smoke you will be charged up to €200 and is a cause for an immediately termination of the rental contract.
8. NO Pets
- Pets are not allowed
9. Leaving the house:
- Close ALL windows and doors when leaving the apartment (day trips etc.). The key of the patio door (Apartment 8 / Rooftop) always remains in the lock.
10. Films and photos:
- Filming and photo shooting are not allowed.
11. Security:
- For the security we have installed video camera at house floor
- It's not permitted to park Strollers, bicycles etc. in the house, hallway or apartment
What can you expect: We would like to kindly point out at this point that is a vacation home and not a hotel. Therefore, towels are not changed. Toilet paper and shower gel will not be replenished during your stay.
