1. Choose your apartment and send a request
Execute a search from the start page for the dates of your stay and number of persons. Choose an apartment, use the price calculation (prices might differ due to the duration of stay, number of persons and/or season) to calculate the price of your stay and then click on „BOOK NOW“ (Non-binding inquiry!)
Please fill in the upcoming form and send it.
In the next step you will be informed, as soon as the owner confirmed or denied availability (in general availability dates on our site are up to date, only in case of exception it might happen, that the owner denies). Assumed the owner confirmed you will get an e-mail with information on how to proceed. From this moment on the apartment is reserved for you at least for the next 12 hours.
2. Secure the booking by making a prepayment
At booking a prepayment of 50% of the rental price is due. In the e-mail you receive as soon as the owner confirmed, the amount of the prepayment and your booking details are stated. Please check if your booking details are correct and let us know your preferred payment method. Payments can be made via Paypal, or bank transfer: (especially if you book from outside Germany Paypal is the preferred option). Please keep on mind that all costs incurred through bank transfer need to be paid on top of the amount. Please note that checks are in no case accepted. For monthly rentals there might be additional prepayments required. This will be announced before booking.
Only after the prepayment is done the booking is final and you will receive your booking confirmation with all information for your arrival. The rest of the payment is due in cash on arrival or in advance to the owners account.
To pay by Paypal, please use the links in the e-mail you will receive, as soon as the owner confirms availability. In case you have problems with that, please let us know. In that case we could send you a Paypal money request.
Bank transfer (only for bookings more than two weeks ahead)
Please transfer the exact amount (in case of bank transfer fees, please add them to the amount) in euro, as over- or underpayments might cause trouble.
As soon as the prepayment has been processed we will send you a booking confirmation containing the full address of the apartment and owner contact.
3. Cancellation by the Client
The Client can cancel the booking prior to the arrival date. The cancellation has to be done in written form.
Cost of cancellation:
– 46 days prior to arrival date: 50% of the total rental fees
– from 45 days to 31 days prior to the arrival date: 60% of the total rental fees
– from 30 days to 16 days prior to the arrival date: 70% of the total rental fees
– from 15 days to 2 days prior to the arrival date: 90% of the total rental fees
– less than two days prior to the arrival date: 100% of the total rental fees
Other than for death or personal injury caused by the negligence of Owner, the liability to the Client is limited to the price of the booking. Unless the Owner is liable under the above clause, the Client indemnifies the Owner from and against any and all liability and any claims, proceedings or damages resulting or arising from the booking, event or function, the Client, guests or any outside contractors of the Client. The owner will not be liable for failure to perform to the extent that the failure is caused by any factor beyond its reasonable control. Clients are responsible for any damage caused to the allocated apartment, furnishings, utensils and equipment in them by any act, omission, default or neglect of the Clients, their guests or sub-contractors and will pay to owner on demand the amount required to make good or remedy any such damage.
